    • Resource Coordination:

      • Requesting the required documents for parents approval and Insurance.
    • Appointment Reminders:
      • Implement systems for sending appointment reminders to patients through phone calls, emails, or text messages.
    • Billing Inquiries:

    • Supervision Coordination:
      • Facilitate administrative tasks related to the supervision of trainees, interns, or residents working in healthcare settings.
      • Creating doctor notes and making sure the diagnosis is correct.
      • Documenting doctor notes and facilitating the patient following the treatment plan.
      • Following up on short term and long term goals. Following up on treatment plan updates, and responsible for patient discharge after achieving the treatment goals.
    • Quality Assurance:
