- Facility Coordination:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of health facilities, including coordinating staff schedules, handling facility logistics, and ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
- Patient Communication:
- Respond to inquiries from patients, family members, or other stakeholders, providing information about services, appointments, and general inquiries.
- Resource Coordination:
- Connect patients with community resources, support groups, or additional services to enhance their health care.
- Requesting the required documents for parents approval and Insurance.
- Appointment Reminders:
- Implement systems for sending appointment reminders to patients through phone calls, emails, or text messages.
- Billing Inquiries:
- Address billing inquiries from patients, insurance companies, or third-party payers to resolve issues promptly.
- Supervision Coordination:
- Facilitate administrative tasks related to the supervision of trainees, interns, or residents working in healthcare settings.
- Creating doctor notes and making sure the diagnosis is correct.
- Documenting doctor notes and facilitating the patient following the treatment plan.
- Following up on short term and long term goals. Following up on treatment plan updates, and responsible for patient discharge after achieving the treatment goals.
- Quality Assurance:
